Delivering Rail Technology Differently.

I worked with Trackbase to create a stations base rostering tool which was compliant with internal standards and fatigue measurements. Trackbase were very accommodating to every request and always went out of their way to support the design during the development. This has resulted in the production of software which significantly speeds up our rostering creation processes and is accessible for experts and lay people. I'd happily work with them again on other software-based projects.

Trackbase have been helping us develop an industry repository of detailed train running data. They have excellent knowledge of railway operational data and have been able to resolve issues which other consultancies have failed at. Their flexible and collaborative approach to the work has provided confidence along the journey and ensured that they have focused on adding value rather than just delivering the documented remit.

The Performance Planning Tool has been instrumental in providing us with the right insight to tackle sub threshold delay. The ability to view consistent areas of poor performance at a 'to-the-second' level over timetable periods, and identify areas of concern - such as deficient planned run times across our network has enabled us to jointly plan timetable interventions with the train operators and tackle one of our biggest areas of attrition.

I became involved with the CAS Tool nearing launch, but found it easy and intuitive to use. Feedback from the Sussex Control has been positive.

As an alert system it's straightforward to use, enabling routes to update each other quickly when a disruptive incident occurs. This has helped with buy-in from those expected to update the system.

Briefing the system to users has been easy with all material supplied by Trackbase.

Rosterbase has cut so much time out of the creating rosters for us. It is an excellent tool for making sure rosters are compliant and gives us a full breakdown. We use Rosterbase on a weekly basis for not just checking rosters but generating as a starting point. Rob and Sam are super helpful and always give us help when we need it.
