Your Role
As a key member of our small team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact across a variety of business areas. Your responsibilities will include:
Owning the sales process for our diverse range of products and services, from developing roadmaps to closing deals with customers.
Demonstrating the value of our solutions to rail industry stakeholders, showcasing how they can transform the UK rail network.
Building and maintaining relationships with senior decision-makers and influencers in the rail sector.
Providing thought leadership to customers, helping them understand the potential of our complex products and services to drive innovation.
Cementing Trackbase’s position as a trusted technical advisor to our customers.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a driven and capable individual who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment. You’ll need:
Proven sales experience in technology, consulting, or a related field, with a passion for applying your skills to the rail industry.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to build compelling cases for our products and services.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage and influence customers at all levels.
A collaborative mindset and a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver outstanding results.
